Best for: Occasional use in high-level hiring (can be highly subjective and requires a psychologist to interpret)
Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness (DISC)
What it measures: Personality style and how people perceive their
own behavior

What it measures: Cognitive skills and potential for job success
